But most of machine in market, use glue stick the rubber on the roller, it’s easily broken during working, also lets the film wrinkle too much. If you have label on pallet, it will be difficult to scan the barcode of the label.

X3 pallet wrapping machine mast height is 2650mm. The max packing height is 2000mm. Should your pallet be over 2000mm, you need to choose a mast height of 3600mm. The max packing height will then be 3000mm.
2.How to choose a control system?
X3 pallet wrapping machine all use Siemens control system. Top brand spare parts ensure a longer machine lifespan.
3.What is turntable size?
The standard turntable size is 1650mm x 1800 mm and 2000mm turntable optional.
4.What’s temperature can be used?
The standard machine needs > 0 degree.
If <0 degree, a special motor is to be used.
5.What is the thickness of the turntable steel and what must be used for cutting steel?
For Turntable steel of 10mm, water cutting technology is used. Laser cutting is not recommended.
6.What is the max weight that can be used?
Our standard pallet stretch wrapper max load weight is 2000KG. For above 2000KG, we need to change to steel roller under the turntable. Standard machines use plastic rollers.
