Saving Film ConsumptionThe pre-stretch feature in the turntable pallet wrapping machine maximizes the amount of goods you can wrap while greatly reducing film waste. Pre-stretch wrappers utilize multiple rubber rolls located on a carriage that rotates the rolls at two different speeds as the tray rotates on a turntable. When the wrapping cycle begins, the film in contact with the rollers is stretched up to 380% of its original length. This dramatically reduces the amount of material required to wrap a shipment.

Automatic Cut Film

  1. The blade in the film carriage will cut a small hole in the film.
  2. As the Turntable Pallet Wrapper runs, the hole will be pulled and torn.
  3. The film is pulled off and attached to the pallet. The machine will stop, waiting for the next operation.

  1. What Is the max height of the pallet stretch wrapper?

X5 Pallet wrapping machine mast height is 2650mm, and the max packing height is 2400mm. If your pallet height is over 2400mm, you need to choose a mast height of 3400mm, and the max packing height will then be 3200mm.

  1. How to choose a control system?

X5 Pallet wrapping machines all use the Siemens control system. Top-brand spare parts ensure a longer machine lifespan.

  1. What Is the turntable size?

The standard turntable size of the stretch wrapping machine is 1650mm x 1800mm.

  1. What temperature can be used?

The standard pallet stretch wrapper need > 0 degrees.
If <0 degrees, it needs to be adjusted to use a special motor for machine.

  1. What is the lowest height of the pallet jack that needs to be lifted?

The pallet stretch wrapper needs to lift over 150mm.

  1. What is the max weight that can be used?

Our standard pallet stretch wrapper max load weight is 800KG. Should it be more than 800KG, then the X100 model or X1 will be more suitable.

  1. Can a ramp and weighing scale be added? 

Yes, a ramp and weighing scale is optional.

  1. Does the stretch wrapping machine need an air compressor for the machine?

No, it doesn’t
