Most of our customers have different pallets to wrap, so the different pallets need different wrapping speeds and wrapping force. 1. What is the mast height of the machine?
X100p pallet wrapping machine has a mast height of 2650mm, and the max packing height is 2000mm. If your pallet height is over 2000mm, you may need to choose a mast height of 3600mm. The max packing height will then be 3000mm.
2. How to choose a control system?
Our machine uses Siemens control system. Top brand spare parts ensure a longer machine lifespan.
3. What is the turntable size?
The standard turntable size is 1800mmx1650 mm and a 2000mm turntable is optional.
4. What is the temperature that must be used?
The standard machine needs > 0 degrees.
If <0 degrees a special motor will be required.
5. What is the thickness of the turntable steel and what must be used to cut the steel?
The turntable steel is 10mm. It is recommended to use water cutting technology. Do not use laser cutting.
6. What is the max weight that can be used?
Our standard pallet stretch wrapper max load weight is 2000KG. Above 2000KG, we need to change to steel roller under the turntable. Standard machines use plastic rollers.
7. Ramp and weighing scale provided?
Yes, ramp and weighing scale is optional.
