Automatic Stretch Wrap Machine and Pallet Wrapping Machines
Fully automatic pallet stretch wrapping machine (also called automatic pallet wrapper) uses LLDPE stretch film as the main packing material to wrap the bulk cargos stacked on the pallet. Film provides extra support during transportation and storage to protect them from dust, moisture or damage automatically. The pallet wrapping machine has been widely used in industries such as glassware, tools, electric & electronic, paper, pottery, food & beverage, etc.

Functions of automatic pallet wrapping machine
Hold
The Automatic Pallet Stretch Wrapping Machine must hold the leading (trailing) edge of the stretch film to allow the start of the stretch wrapping cycle without the operator having to attach the stretch film to the load. Wraps the pallet load according to the set parameters.
Wrapping
The pallet wrapper must wrap the product according to the pallet wrapping parameters set by the operator on the stretch wrapper control panel, attaching the film tail to the load.
Cutting
Clean cutting of the stretch film at the end of the wrapping cycle. After completing the stretch wrap cycle, the stretch film must be cleanly cut from the pallet load and securely fastened in the fixture. In this way, the leading edge of the stretch film is correctly positioned to allow subsequent trays to be stretch wrapped.
Apply
The trailing edge of the stretch film (trailing section) hanging from the pallet, must be automatically applied to the load. Positive film tail treatment ensures that the sagging tail does not hang up or come apart during transport or at the customer’s premises.

 

Automatic Cut and Clamp Film
X100 automatic cut and clamp film pallet wrapper, takes away the need to manually cut film and put the film onto the pallet. The cut & clamp film system will do it, automatically.

 

Pallet Grip System
Pallet grip system: film bottom narrowed to become film rope.
Film rope grips to pallet & products during wrapping.
During transportation, it eliminates the chance of the products becoming loose and falling, as a result of vigorous vibration.
Should damage occur at the bottom of the pallet as a result of using a forklift, the film will not break.
Pallet bottom grip and whole journey grip rope system can be used instead of the horizontal strapping machine.

Multi-Layer Function
This function can set different wrapping circles, wrapping force at any height required. A maximum of one pallet can set 9 layers. Normal machines’ wrapping force from bottom to top is the same in market, and they cannot stop or achieve reinforced wrapping function during wrapping.

X100a Automatic Pallet Stretch Wrapping Machine mast height is 2650mm, and the max packing height is 2400mm. If your pallet is over 2400mm, you need to choose a mast height of 3400mm, the max packing height is then 3200mm.
2. How to choose a control system?
X100a pallet wrapping machines all use Siemens control
system. Top-brand spare parts ensure a longer machine lifespan.
3. What is the turntable size?
The standard turntable size is 1650mm x 1800 mm.
4. What temperature can be used?
The standard machine needs > 0 degrees.
If <0 degrees, it needs to be adjusted to use a special motor for machine.
5. What is the thickness of the turntable steel and what is used to cut the steel?
Turntable steel 10mm, and uses water cutting technology, does not use laser cutting.
6. What is the max weight that can be used?
Our standard pallet stretch wrappers max load weight is 2000KG. Above 2000KG, we need to change to a steel roller under the turntable. Standard machine uses a plastic roller.
7. Ramp and weighing scale provided?
The ramp and weighing scale are optional.
8. Is an air compressor required for the machine?
